Dear Friends of OrphanAid Africa,
We are so proud to share with you that OA Founder Lisa Lovatt-Smith is featured today in the New York Times! See the article here.

Recognition
for our work is very important to us as we are at present seeking to
fund start-up packages for 21 impoverished mothers, maintain foster
families for abandoned children, and bring extra special care to kids
with disabilities. Please, if you feel inspired by Lisa's story, make a donation to OA today!
Special thanks to Perry Garfinkel, longtime contributor to the NY Times and author of "Buddha or Bust".
OrphanAid Africa helps families of children at risk of abandonment and gives them secure futures within their communities. Our goal is to strengthen families and communities so they can care for their own children.
We work to keep families together, send children to school, keep mothers alive and protect children by transforming systems.
