Varios de estos ni\u00f1os han sido abandonados debido a que tienen necesidades especiales y la familia no puede o no est\u00e1 dispuesta a proporcionarles cuidados a largo plazo. Para estos ni\u00f1os, un entorno seguro, estable y cari\u00f1oso es esencial para su bienestar mientras se toman medidas para encontrar un cuidado m\u00e1s permanente.
