protection sociale (DSW), OAfrica, l&#8217;UNICEF et d&#8217;autres agences de protection de l&#8217;enfance au Ghana. \nElle implique l\u2019aide d\u2019 OAfrica pour renforcer la capacit\u00e9 du DSW \u00e0 encourager les prises en charges familiales.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5704537d elementor-widget charge des enfants, sollicitant la famille et les communaut\u00e9s. <\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tL&#8217;objectif est une approche plus coh\u00e9rente et stable de la prise en charge des enfants vuln\u00e9rables au Ghana afin que chaque enfant soit assur\u00e9 d&#8217;un foyer permanent dans une famille aimante et solidaire.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-207d73a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"207d73a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLes principales composantes de la r\u00e9forme des soins au Ghana visent \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir la d\u00e9sint\u00e9gration des familles, par le renforcement des liens au sein des familles. Il en est ainsi du programme de subventions sociales &#8211; Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty (LEAP) &#8211; bourses, colis alimentaires, acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&#8217;assurance maladie nationale et d\u2019autres programmes de soutien.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-174208a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"174208a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEn coh\u00e9rence avec la Care Reform Initiative (CRI), OAfrica plaide pour la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration des enfants dans leur propre famille, que ce soit avec leurs parents biologiques ou avec la famille \u00e9largie (prise en charge par la parent\u00e9), ou pour placer les enfants en famille d&#8217;accueil lorsqu&#8217;aucun membre de leur famille ne peut s&#8217;occuper d&#8217;eux de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e. OAfrica est fi\u00e8re d&#8217;avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 l&#8217;un des principaux acteurs de l&#8217;adoption du Plan d&#8217;Action National pour les orphelins et les enfants vuln\u00e9rables (NPA) en 2010.
